3 Steps To Living A Healthier-Fun Life!
So as I'm writing this, this is my current mood:

We all set out this year with so many goals, so much ambition and a to-do list longer than life! Because of this, we have found ourself working 50x harder and probably even being our own worse critic when things do not seem to work out as planned.
We have all heard of living a healthier life, but lets take a moment to see how the stress of balancing our dreams & our everyday tasks play a major part in shaping a unhealthy lifestyle...
Ask yourself five questions:
1. Do I always make the excuse of not having enough time to do things?
2. Do I put things I like to do off for other “important” things that need to be accomplished?
3. Am I fulfilling someone else’s dream before my own?
4. Do I spend enough time practicing self-love?
5. Do I ever take a break from “every day” life?
If you answered yes, to any of these questions things need to change. Every day we are faced with work, school, and other important task but having it consume 100% of your daily life is the first major step to living a overly consumed and ultimately unhealthy lifestyle!
So here are 3 easy steps that will help you input the turn up right next to that long to-do list that just NEVER seems to get completely done...
1. Write it down!
Begin writing down a list of things you like to do that are easy & inexpensive. Try to do at least one thing a week to get started. For example, exercising, watching television, reading, listening to music, dancing, find anything that relaxes you and go for it.
2. Shake it Off, #Blocklist your stressor!
When you read this step I know you instantly thought of that Ex boyfriend who doesn't get the point, the friend who only calls you when they're in need ..and I'm sure the list goes on. Although these could definitely be your stressors it could also be a situation at work, the anxiety that can come from the anticipation of a new step in life, or even a family issue- either way pinpoint those things that make your day difficult & create a plan to block them!

Basically, find the reason and exclude it from your life. Living with stress is hard and learning to live stress free can be even harder! We're all working on it together.
3. Get it done!
The biggest part in the journey of accomplishing anything is realizing everyone has major responsibilities and that we all go through the up's and downs of juggling them. There comes a time in life where you have to put yourself first and just learn that no matter how fast we run, walk or skip through our to-do list the things we work for in life happen on a timescale that is out of our control.
Allot a set time during your week or even a day during your weekend to knock out what you listed in step #1. Then Stop making excuses and find the time to make yourself happy to begin a new healthier lifestyle.
